Tried to update user but there was a network error (401) - Failed Identity Verification check

Question

I am using intercom iOS sdk using pod install and every time I launch intercom screen I got this Tried to update user but there was a network error (401) - Failed Identity Verification check error. Earlier it was working now it is not working. Same user email using in intercom of another iOS application then it is working.

Hey @Jinal.p! Daniel from Customer Support Engineering here 🔧This would imply that there is an issue with the user hash value that you’re passing on the update. To clarify, each user has a unique user hash value; in this case, you’ve passed a value that Intercom wasn’t expecting. Check out our tool to get the user’s expected hash value (in Settings > Installation > Enforce Identity on [Platform], click “verify it with our hash calculator), and compare it to the value you are sending to Intercom.
