Using latest Android SDK with RN wrapper (tested 15.14.0 and 15.15.0), navigating to any article renders only an empty page (along with the emoji feedback footer).

We have the same issue on version “https://github.com/intercom/intercom-react-native/releases/tag/8.1.0” too.

We are having the same issue on Intercom V7.

 

The sample app is showing the same error.

Incredible lack of QA and support for such an expensive product.

Seems to be fixed now, I guess it was an internal API bug.

This is an issue again. Not all Android users but we have starting to have some Samsung, Pixel report that articles fail to load with “Something went wrong”.

We have verified this with a Pixel 9 device experiencing the issue using the example app in the React Native repo.
