If we connect Intercom in our developed app, when we send messages to our customers, how will they receive notifications?
Like will they see “you’ve got a new message from [app name]?

I believe we covered this in our conversation already but I’ll add here for future viewers! This is an example of what a push notification would look like from the end-user's view:
More on pushes here! If the user is inside of your app they will receive the message at the bottom of their screen, like so:
