Rhanks for sharing the crash log, this appears to match a known issue affecting the Intercom iOS SDK when dismissing certain Intercom modals, most notably Surveys, on newer iOS 26.x versions.

The stack trace shows a recursive dismissal loop inside the Intercom SDK (dismissAllIntercomViews / closeIntercomModalWithCompletion:), which can lead to a stack overflow crash.

At the moment, this does not look like something configurable on your side. In the similar confirmed cases we’ve investigated, upgrading alone did not resolve the underlying crash, and the safest workaround was to pause or exclude Intercom Surveys for affected iOS 26 users while the issue is being investigated.

If you can share your Intercom iOS SDK version (or React Native wrapper version, if applicable), plus whether you currently have any active Intercom Surveys targeting these users, that will help confirm whether you’re hitting this same issue.
