Intercom's API only allows me to select either the Plain or Personal templates when sending an email through the API, is there any way to send these messages using full HTML?

I just signed up for Intercom, and am having some issues.Within my own intercom dashboard, when I click the chat/messenger button to get help from Intercom itself, the chat window appears to try to open and then promptly disappears. Watch this screen capture. Not a good first impression if I can’t even get customer support from a customer support company. Ha.   With my own site integration, when i visit it (even from a separate computer) I get the attached screenshotted window when i click the messenger button, as a visitor. Everything is setup as correctly as I can figure. Any idea why the full welcome / start a conversation options don’t exist? Website is www.lumatone.ioThanks.Matt 

I am a new Intercom user. When building my first email, I ran into a few issues - so hoping someone can assist. Trying to reduce the font size of a sentence in a Text Box. When I highlight just the sentence I want to be smaller font - it changes the entire text box, not just the highlighted text. I am trying to insert an Icon/Image to the Left of a bulleted list. Unfortunately I can’t figure out how to have two columns - so it is only allowing me to insert the image above or below the text.  Lastly, I am trying to add a few design elements - such as a horizontal line as an accent, not a divider. I haven’t found how to do that. Any guidance or tips for this novice user, would be greatly appreciated!SD

We're currently using the Banners feature to display product announcements on our homepage. We'd love to be able to use the Inline / Top banner design, but the fixed CSS positioning overlaps our main site navigation, which uses sticky positioning. We instead had to result to using the bottom banner design. Is it possible, using Javascript, to detect when a Banner is being displayed, so we can tweak our navigation style to accommodate the top banner? Not sure if I posted this in the correct category, I didn't see an option for Banners.

My usecase is where i have multiple series for example suppose i have 3 series where i am performing some tasks of sending out notification, but now the logic is such that there are three unique triggers ( one for each series ),now if a users trigger 1st series with the trigger and the series contains a timer for like 3 hrs before sending notifications, but the users also triggers 2nd series with 2nd trigger , now i wish to prevent sending out notifications from series 1 as user is now under series 2 . similarly usecase for series 3.

In a series, how can I send an email to a user's personal email? 

Under Proactive Support you have all your messages and I can filter on content type. However, News item is the only content type I cannot seem to filter on.

I want to get the title and body sent via push notification/email which are sent to the users via series or individually. I tried using content_stat.push but the actual content is missing from there hence need assistance.

Just curious for those of you who have lots of running proactive support messages how you keep track of them all. I’m definitely underutilizing Views and should be using them better. Right now my I typically name my messages something like YYYY-MM-DD Some Description (REGION VERSION_NO).For example: “2024-10-18 Multi-display support announcement (🇺🇸 OCT24)”Is anyone else employing a similar strategy or have a better approach?

I'd like to tag users based on which specific link they clicked within an email.  In this case, the email asks recipients when they would like a reminder about a new service (3 weeks, 6 weeks, or two months) - this would then trigger a series.  Currently pointing them towards a Mailchimp landing page as I can't figure it out inside Intercom.   

I am trying to create a prouct tour but I am unable to edit it because i only see the preview the first time, then nothing.How can I, for testing be sure it is displayed every time in my Intercom dashboard?

We created a multiple choice survey (x3 separate languages) and want to enable the “Include 'Other' option”. However, this comes by default in English only. Can we change the language on this?As an alternative we added "Other" (translated) as fixed answer like the rest, but that doesn't let users respond with a free text. Is there better alternative?Another question, is there a way to get the responses coded with numbers? Example: 1 for first answer, 2 for second answer etc!-->

I have configured a product tour for my SaaS application, which I trigger on the frontend using the JS API: Intecrom('startTour', 'tourId').The product tours are shown to select users, and I want to implement custom logic for those who complete the tour—such as redirecting them to a different page or displaying specific text. Therefore, I need a way to detect when a user has finished the product tour.Is there a method to track when a user completes all steps of the product tour? For instance, can I set up a JavaScript callback like Intecrom('onProductTourCompleted', { ... some custom logic })? Alternatively, are there other ways to capture the event when users finish the product tour? RegardsDarshan Hiranandani 

Hey there,we’re testing out mobile push but notice the potential audience is quite low. Even with users with the latest OS (IOS) and our APP, some do not appear. What device setting should we look into ? thanks

Has anyone had an issue with post URLs opening up in Internet Explorer or a browser that is not the user’s default browser? Is there any way to ensure that the URLs we include in posts open up in a user’s default browser?

Hi, while trying to configure product tour on our test website I am getting this error.I am not sure what is causing this. I am hopping to get some help. This is a NextJs application.

As the title says, I’m having issues trying to figure this one out. I wanted to prompt any visitors on my website for the first time and let Intercom pop out the survey questions whenever they do so. I was able to make a survey and even “preview” it on my website but when I set it to live, test it out on an incognito browser or an entirely new browser, it doesn’t come up. I’m not sure if it has something to do with my current audience setting but I really need help on this one.
