I'm curious to learn what redaction tools you're using for masking PII (Personally Identifiable Information). At the moment, we're using Strac to redact all PII in real-time, but I'm interested to hear if anyone else uses different redaction tools integrated with Intercom.

While we don’t have a native PII redaction tool, I do want to share that we have a built in PAN tool to redact credit card numbers in real-time in case you weren’t aware. You can view more info on this here.

Has anyone found a tool that can essentially throw up an alert when an agent presses send, but the contents of the message contains PII such as email address, or phone number, and the alert checks whether the agent is sure they want to send this message to the customer?
This is to prevent PII from being shared with the wrong customer. I don’t think Strac is suitable here as often we want to share PII with customers when confirming certain details on their account.
