Hello, please could someone point me towards the exact provisions in your contract/service agreement which ensures UK personal data can be transferred outside of the UK in accordance with the UK GDPR.

I understand that data centre can be changed from US to EU with some manual efforts.

Many thanks

Hi It’s Mat from the Support Engineering Team 😀

That’s a great question, and we have quite a compelling article about it here.

Let me know if you have questions about it.

When dealing with UK GDPR compliance, it’s crucial to identify the exact provisions in a service agreement that allow personal data transfers outside the UK while ensuring adequate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms. Many providers also offer flexibility to shift data centres, for example from the US to the EU, with some manual effort to meet regulatory expectations. Much like relying on a trusted slotenmaker Haarlem to handle security with precision, choosing the right contractual terms ensures your data remains protected and compliant across borders.
