How do I track and report on links that have been engaged with like: phone numbers, urls or email addresses within Intercom?

Just to add on to what Roy said, are you trying to see how many times a link was engaged with in an outbound message? Once we have more details, we'll be able to answer your question!
Appreciate the response. I have attached an example image that hopefully goes towards explaining it in more details. But in short, I am trying to see (report on) how many times a link or links (in the example: URL, Email or Phone number) have been clicked on within the Intercom chat.
