How to check how long an agent was online for a particular day and download weekly data?

I want to download data that shows the agent-wise time of availability on the Intercom.

Some of the data you can retrieve is for example:StatusCurrent status of the selected teammate (one of Active. Away, Away & Reassigning)Time on statusThe length of time an agent has been on their current status (Active, Away, or Away and reassigning)Total activeTotal time a teammate’s status has been set to Active within the selected timeframeFirst onlineTime when the admin was first seen as Active after a long period of inactivity.Last seenThe time when an agent was last detected viewing Intercom in the browserThis feature is only available on certain pricing plans but feel free to drop us a message through the Messenger if you'd like any more info on this &#128588;
