How to find how many tickets and conversations WE sent out

Forum|alt.badge.img

Hi guys,

One of the things we do is to measure the number of tickets/conversations we started.

What’s the best way to create a report that shows that on a weekly/monthly basis?

Thank you!

Hi Ben,
To create a report that measures the number of tickets/conversations started weekly or monthly, you can follow these steps
Access the Reports section ⭢ Create a new custom report ⭢ Choose the "New Conversations" or "New Tickets" metric ⭢ Select aggregation by week or month depending on your preference ⭢ Set the desired date range for the report, you can add additional filters such as channel or team if necessary
This report will provide a clear view of the volume of new conversations or tickets over time, helping you identify trends and manage your team's workload.

Hi,
You can also look into using the "Conversation started at" event as a filter in your custom reports...it would help you to count conversations based on when they were initiated by your team
