@user1190 I'm not aware of any data in Intercom that would really help you with that. Especially since employees can work or end their working hours outside of Intercom. If you want to track employee working hours, there are better, dedicated solutions on the market for that. I could recommend one to check out (only in a private message), but I'm biased on this topic. 😉
