In office hours, the word “minuutin” is inflected incorrectly. Should be “minuuttia”.

Hi @Janita Halminen ! No worries, I understand! You can replace “show team reply times” automation with a hand-made message from the bot as a workflow step, where you could write the time correctly, while FIn fixes this

Hei @Janita Halminen ! Are you using the dynamic reply times in this case? If it’s a static value instead (under 30 mins), you can replace the Intercom feature to display reply times with a workflow step displaying the text correctly. I do assume it would take some time for Intercom to fix this.

Hi Aleksei!
I think it’s static for us, but the problem isn’t with the time but the inflection of the word “minuutin” :)

Hi @Janita Halminen, Seán here from the Fin technical support team 👋

I’m going to create a conversation with our support team so they can take a closer look and investigate further with you. They’ll be able to dig into your setup, ask for specific examples, and provide more targeted guidance. Keep an eye out for a follow-up from the team shortly.

For now @Aleksei O is right with the workaround for now of hand-made message.
