Report with subjects that appear most in chat with customers
Hello everyone!
It is posible to create an report with subjects that appear most in chat with customers? I believe that in Reports - Conversation Topics I can create it, but there's no option yet to create this reports in Spanish or Portuguese.

If you have ‘Custom Reports’ - you can also build out a report with specifications to view by “topic” which is ‘Conversation Topic’
When you mention - “there's no option yet to create this reports in Spanish or Portuguese.” - do you actually want the report in the language of ‘Spanish’ and ‘Portuguese’ - this would be a feature request I will flag this with the Product team for you!

The main goal is creating a report, it can be in english, we can translate to spanish or portuguese later.
I didn't found this filter "Topic" in Custom Reports. There is another way to do this kind of report?
