One of the report metrics is to look at time spent on a ticket, and currently the available units are hours, days, years, but I really need the option of minutes. Can this be added or enabled?

Unfortunately, at the moment, this isn't currently possible. The metrics are only available in hours, days and years, but I can put this as a feature request for the product team to see if this is something they can implement in the future.
