I am facing problems while trying to create an account on intercom, the error 403 forbidden appears, it shows that my workspace is suspended, but I have respected all the policies.

Hey @Kolan! Emily here from Support Engineering at Intercom 👋🏼

This error means your workspace is currently suspended. This can happen during Intercom’s initial workspace review, especially if Intercom isn’t installed on your website yet. Another reason could be that you already have an account linked to your email address, which might prevent you from signing up for a new free trial. In this case, try logging into your existing account instead. Workspaces can also be flagged if multiple workspaces have been created or if your email sending is pending review.

If your workspace is ready for signup, refreshing your page and completing the checkout might resolve the issue.

Intercom manually reviews new senders to maintain good deliverability and ensure compliance with email sending guidelines. You can reach our to our team to find out more or if you continue to have issues and we can manually review your workspace! 😁

It seems your workspace might have been flagged by Intercom’s system. I’d recommend reaching out to Intercom support directly with your account details—they can clarify why the suspension happened and how to restore access.
