How do you unlock a teammates account?

Is your teammate locked out for too many failed password attempts? If so- they will need to reach out to the team to reset their attempts.


There has to be a way that someone in the company get access as this can negatively affect our business


@Maria Paez Did you reach out to Intercom Support to get the issue resolved? If not I’d recommend doing this for sure!  Hopefully you are back online and have things working, it can be frustrating to get blocked/locked out but it’s for safety/security reasons which protects your inbox too.  Wishing you all the best with getting it resolved if it’s not already.
