How to integrate Intercom with Azure SAML SSO

Trying to integrate SSO with azure ad and currently get this error The response from your identity provider didn't include firstName and lastName. Add these attributes in order to continue.

Those attributes would need to be set in Azure SSO, because the response from Intercom is stating that Azure did not send the first and last name when logging in.

I'm slightly experienced with SAML through Intercom so if you have any more questions just let me know.

Hey @Gavin

My team is having some issues getting our BPO agents setup in Intercom using SSO via Azure. The agents already SSO into several other applications via Azure and Intercom was our last one. In soft-cutting, we noticed that the agents get an error advising “this user is not a part of the workspace” but if they click google sign in, they log in just fine. When only noticed this was broken when we attempted to hardcut yesterday. Anything we may be missing in the setup for Intercom?
