Hello Team, 

Can you take a look “Why changes in workflow and other settings (banners) won't show on Change Log Section?”


Snippets = is ok
Guidance = is ok

user settings = is ok
Workflow = No
Outbound banners = No

Really important for us. Easier to check and do audits this that way.

Hey ​@Nathaniel Urquia This is currently expected. Today the Change Log doesn’t record Workflow edits or Outbound Banner changes, so those won’t appear even though Snippets, Guidance, and user settings do.

Workarounds for audit:

  • Teammate activity logs (premium): shows who changed workspace settings and when; use this for compliance/audit trails.
  • Per-item metadata: in each Workflow/Banner, use “Last edited” + owner to spot-check recent changes.
