Hey @jake s15​ Is the CNAME status showing as unauthenticated in Intercom? If so here is a link to an article on how to authenticate the same. Could you share a full screenshot including the status?

Hi! I just realized that the problem was the swapstack.co part of the domain - I removed that and everything appears to be working now! Thanks for your help!
