Email templates for reps
We’re moving away from our CRM, which is where we currently send all our customer emails, and will be sending them all from Intercom instead. To help our reps, we want to create email templates they can use. Right now, macros only allow content for chats, so we need a way to include a subject line.
We’d like to avoid reps copying subject lines from a spreadsheet. One option we considered is adding the subject line at the top of the macro so reps can copy it into the subject field. However, if a rep forgets to delete it from the message before sending, the customer sees it in the email, which doesn’t look professional.
What’s the best way to manage subject lines for email templates in Intercom?
