Ability to Export Guidance. Manually gathering guidance from 7 workspaces is too time consuming.

Hi again,

Currently, there isn't a native "Export" button for Fin guidance, as these instructions are designed to be managed directly within each individual workspace. A humble tip that might make this easier is to maintain a centralized master document, like a simple spreadsheet or internal wiki, where you can keep a copy of your core guidance prompts. Since you can't bulk-export them yet, having one "source of truth" makes it much easier to copy and paste updates across all your workspaces without having to hunt through each one manually.

        You’re right, that’s wonderful. 

        Got cramps from copy and pasting in 7 workspaces. But it’s done. Hopefully they will have this in the future.

        Hello,

         

        We have a small team of 3–4 people who create and update Fin Guidances regularly. Without a way to export or centrally manage them, we're running into real operational friction:

        • No visibility into who changed what or when
        • Risk of teammates overwriting each other's work
        • No easy way to review or approve changes before they go live
        • Onboarding new team members means walking them through Guidances one by one

        The existing workaround — maintaining a master spreadsheet manually — partially helps, but it relies entirely on human discipline. The spreadsheet and the live Guidances inevitably drift out of sync.

        What would genuinely solve this:

        1. Export Guidance to CSV/JSON so we have a source of truth outside the UI
        2. Audit log showing edits per Guidance
        3. Or even just bulk copy/paste support across workspaces

        This is a low-lift feature with high value for any team where more than one person owns Fin configuration. Would love to know if others are hitting the same wall.
