Can I Turn off Fin asking me (as an intercom user) to rate the answers it provides me?

I find the in app Fin experience on intercom to be incredibly helpful and I use it all the time. However, I get so many “rate your conversation” emails that it is starting to get annoying. 

Is there a way that I can mute these? To be clear, this is my as an intercom user using the in-app Fin to ask intercom related questions.

@Steve Bujouves I don’t think so, as those are configured on the workspace level: if Intercom has been configured to ask for CSAT, the survey will always appear at the end of the conversation :(

If you mean Fin’s post-answer prompt like “Did that answer your question?”, that can’t currently be fully turned off. By default, Fin generates a contextual feedback question after direct answers, although you can replace it by ending your Guidance with your own question.

If you’re instead referring to the separate follow-up message Fin sends when a customer goes inactive, that part can be turned off by setting Follow up with inactive customers to No follow up in Fin AI Agent > Deploy > Chat or in the Let Fin handle workflow step.
