I think this should go in the Product Wishlist so I can upvote it! I agree, and passed along feedback to my rep as well, that it’d be great if Fin could SMS Text customers on the phone with Article links, and supporting docs. But would also be good if we could see (in the transcripts) which guidance and knowledge Fin used.
(We’ve seen Fin voice be a little more hallucinogenic than Fin over Email/Chat, during our two-week of intense testing), so we’re hesitant to scale it too massively on our end).
