I am the admin of a help center - facebook group. How can I feed this into FIN as this would be an incredible source of information for my software?

Hi,
Fin can only draw from Intercom Articles (your Help Center) and public webpages you connect. It doesn’t natively ingest content from a closed source like a Facebook group.
If you want that knowledge available to Fin, the path is:

Export or curate the useful content from your group.

Publish it into your Intercom Help Center as articles (or another public site).

Make sure that Help Center is connected to Fin.
That way, Fin treats it as part of its knowledge base. Direct Facebook group integration isn’t supported.
