I noticed that when a user goes into the “Let FIN handle” node, there is no way out. The only option is to escalate/hand it over to a human agent.

Hey @Nico Magbiray! Do you have an example in mind? In general, you’re right - once Let Fin Handle starts, the only exit path is escalating.

However, Procedures (formerly Tasks) is a natural language way of instructing Fin to follow step-by-step processes. If you have access to either version, it’s worth experimenting with!

Hi Conor!

For context, I integrated Fin AI to Facebook messenger for an Online Shop and then made reply buttons and a Path to take orders (ex. customer name, address, order, and order quantity).

The workflow and Paths look like this:

So, if ever customers will choose “Ask AI Assistant”, they will not be able to go back in the Order Form/Path anymore. Also, Fin is having a hard time getting the orders properly. Do you have any workaround for this?

Thanks in advance!

Create Fin Attributes then use them as escalation points for subject you know it can’t handle
