Is there a way for the chatbot to be integrated with Line chat and Whatsapp? The only integration I read is that they're only integrated for live agent support.

Can Resolution Bot be used to reply to WhatsApp conversations?

Hey @user2253, Resolution Bot can only respond to conversations started through the Messenger. It can't engage with any other type of conversation (email, WhatsApp etc.). I'd be happy to log your feedback here via our @Product Wishlist group!
