Hi everyone!

 

We have the chat in two places: a logged area and some links in the Help Center.

I want to add a custom bot only in the flow that is launched from Help Center, is it possible?

@Jeisyka  This should be possible by using the URL feature in the Rules > Triggers workflow on the Custom Bot by adding the URL under Where to Send, I do believe this works with Help Center urls not just your main site. Hope this helps.
