Hi

I’d like to know if it’s possible to duplicate a path in a custom bot (to reuse it as a basis instead of creating a new one from scratch)

It is not currently possible to duplicate a custom bot pathway but I'd be happy to flag this as a feature request with the product team!

Hi Paul - just wondering if this made it to production or is going to any time soon. We’ve just started with Intercom and thought this would be something we could easily do as we have a couple of workflows within the business we want to replicated on Intercom without having to do it all manually for the sake of a couple changes. Any chance it’s coming soon or is available we just can’t see it?
