How do we set up the custom bots to display a message that we will be back on the next business day once a customer contacts us after our business hours. Because right-now this is what it shows.

You can let your users know when your team will be back online with Task Bot! You will first need to set your office hours in your Messenger Settings:
Next turn on Share your typical reply time setting under Task Bot settings (for Leads and Users). Then if your user reaches out after your specified hours they will receive a reply like so:
They will also see a message in your Messenger home screen:
