There isn’t anyway to directly ‘alphabetise’ the ‘list of pinned teammates’ in the Help Desk. You’d manually have to Pin them in order to make them ‘alphabetised’. 

I understand that this isn’t ideal so what I will do is flag this with our Product team as a feature request for you   Please provide any feedback or share any context you may have in regards to your use case here - I will pass this along!
