How to export datas from bot ?

More specificly, I wanted to know exactly what datas were possible to track from Custom bots such as :

• Track one user's choices along his path with the bot
• How long user spend on the bot
• Actually, I wanted to export a .csv with all datas of my customers, all the paths of the bot and all I can so I'll be able to play with 🤓

I asked Intercom, and except the path analysis, nothing is possible 😢
