I need to know if there is a functionality where, after a while, a message can be forwarded to the client and if he does not respond, close the conversation.As shown in the picture. Thanks

Hey @kevin r11​ ! When a customer doesn't send a reply the conversation will be auto closed if you have enabled the option on your bot settings page. Here is an article on that. At the moment it is not possible to resend the message automatically if there isn't a reply from the customer.
