I would like to know if there is a maximum limit for characters included in a bot message included in a workflow.

We are not surfacing that number, but I can assure you it is more than enough. 
I’ve recently tested the maximum length of a message in the workflow, and I could squeeze 1000 words.

May I ask why it is important to you? How may we help you with setting up a workflow?
