When incorporating the resolution bot into a custom bot, what's the question you ask in order to most optimally trigger the resolution bot answers? Any philosophies here?

Hey, we literally ask them to ask a question using the interrogative words & keywords: "...or ask a question in the chatbox below, using keywords and interrogative words (how/when/what).
For example: How can I check-in a guest?"
and in most cases it helps
