By accessing the resolution bot section, I don't see unanswered questions. Also, if I try to answer a new question by searching for a highly used word, no result comes up. Do you know why?

The team was investigating an issue with the Resolution Bot which was impacting:
* Conversational Topics
* Resolution Bot unanswered questions
* Resolution Bot curation (specifically, the ability to search for historical questions).
The issue has since been resolved and everything should be back up and running for you now! You can also read this note on our Status Page, here 👈
