Phone numbers can be provisioned for countries like the US, UK, Australia, and several others, but currently not Brazil.

If you are seeing a beta version, it might be part of a limited test, but there is no official release for Brazil at this time.

That said, I’d be happy to flag this as a feature request for you as it is a great idea!
