Is it possible to give access to the articles to Claude?

The Claude integration has access just to the conversations. It will be good to give access also to the Help Center and The Articles and help us to improve the content.

Did you know that you can check if this feature has been recorded on our Product Wishlist in our Community? If enough requests are added to a topic there is a chance it could get picked up by our product team.

+1 this was the first thing I asked it. I could feed it all my articles if I wanted to lose a day but I don’t.

 

Would be great if I could tell it to explore the gaps between my articles and my user queries.

Curious how are y’all using the Claude integrations with conversations today?

Hi, ​@Trevor. Currently, I’m just asking to Claude how can we improve the way we respond tickets, and also showing our workflows. Then, Claude analyze some tickets of every category and suggest changes to the workflows or to the operators.

I think Claude could access also the Articles and Reports to understand more about the data and give more context to help us with more automatization.
