The content we want to import from is https://wellthy.com/faq

 

The settings I use to import are:

 

The result that intercom imports are this: 

 

 

So it looks like it’s not getting the information from the clickable links. So when I test and ask Fin a question, sometimes it would say something like this: 
 

 

Wondering how I can actually have those clickable links expand so sync can grab the information and not go “based on the FAQ structure...” but just answer the question. 

 

Or does anyone have a better thought?

Hey Jackson,

I implemented FIN as our first line of support and I came across something like this in the past. Have you tried t check the “Event Log” section? I’m assuming you were trying to train FIN and got that answer. The “Event Log” will show you exactly which guidance FIN used to answer the question as well as the knowledge sources used.
 

I’d be happy to hop on a call with you too so we can review this together. It’s been six months since we implemented FIN and there’s still a lot to learn.


Hey, thanks for the offer. I am using my test environment and it says I can’t preview in test spaces 

 

 

I am currently using the “Test” feature under Fin AI Agent in the test environment 

 

 


That screenshot was super helpful. Before running a “Test” it would be better to start by training FIN first. You can use the “Train” tab for this and use any of the options under it, i.e. Content, Guidance, Tasks. If you use any of this, you’ll get an event log option.


Ok I can’t test fin in that test environment either…
