 I’m genuinely honored to receive this recognition from both this amazing community and an incredible company like Intercom whose innovation and leadership in AI and customer experience continue to inspire me.

Being named the first Top Intercom Expert is a meaningful milestone not just because of the title, but because of the incredible people I’ve had the chance to engage and collaborate with: founders, support leaders, product thinkers, and entire teams building thoughtful, impactful experiences with Intercom at the core.

And it’s not just about Intercom, or just about support, we get the opportunity to help teams build smarter, more human-centered systems that scale, which helps so many more people in the process.
