We’d use product tours a lot during chats, because it’s the easiest way to show a customer how to perform an action in the product.
The problem we have is that the widget says “product tour” and the button says “view tour”, which frequently leads our customers to think that this is only a tour, but I can’t perform the task while taking it.
Therefore we would like to be able to remove the “product tour” label and change the button text.
