Ability to detect diacritical marks and special characters of other languages when filtering

I want to suggest an improvement idea. As an agent when searching for all tickets and conversation related to a particular company,
1. I am unable to scroll through the list of company available
2. I am unable to see diacritical marks or special characters such as Greek or Spanish.

This is really inefficient.
