Some agents sometimes create duplicate tracker tickets - it would be great to be able to merge these!

As part of our move to Intercom for support operations, we’re setting up multiple ticket types - such as Bugs, Feature Requests, Technical Support, and others to help us triage and resolve issues efficiently.

However, it’s common for customers to submit a request under the wrong category (e.g., logging a bug as a feature request, or duplicating an earlier ticket with new information). In these situations, we’d benefit greatly from the ability to merge tickets, ideally across types, so we can consolidate duplicate or misfiled conversations into a single source of truth.

Love this idea! its very manual to move all the tickets associated with one tracker ticket to the other tracker ticket...which we could automate this by being able to merge tracker tickets together rather than moving them one-by-one from one of the tickets to the other ticket
