We use Macros frequently within the Support team, and sometimes need to loop in other teams depending on the topic, such as the Security team.
Currently, we use a Macro and then manually add other teams to CC. Since this extra step can be cumbersome, it would be wonderful if Intercom could support pre registered CC email addresses within Macros.
