It is difficult to track changes when multiple people can edit a Macro. We don’t want to limit it to only one person being able to edit the Macros, so are there any plans for Intercom to be able to show edit history for updates made to Macros?

Whenever we do release new features, we announce them on the Product Changes page, so I would recommend keeping an eye there.
I second this! We maintain a pretty large number of macros, and for Legal reasons it can be helpful to see the changes. Right now we have a manual tracker for this, but ideally it’d be available the same way edits to Help Center articles are also available. Thanks for considering!
