When we were new and learning Intercom we made 100’s of user/conversation tags.
Currently it would be daunting to delete these one by one. A way to mass select and archive/delete would make cleaning up our tags & data easier.
(Product Area would be `Data` but can not find this in the list below)

You're not the first to ask this but currently the best way to bulk delete multiple tags at once is by using the API. To do this, you'll need to use the REST API's delete tag endpoint, which would require a developer to write a script. You can find more information on how to use the REST API's delete tag endpoint in our API documentation here.
