I’d love the ability to manually split conversations.
Users often switch topics mid conversation, especially when using messenger. It would be really helpful to have the ability to split these into different conversations. This would be helpful for:
- Better keeping track of conversations and assigning them to relevant team members
- More accurate reporting in terms of time to close conversations
- More accurate reporting and easier data searching in terms of tagging conversations
