Ability to use picklist for countries (and other fields) when building audience for Fin content or outbound messages

At the moment, creating the audience with multiple values for one field (for example, for 100 countries) is extremely lengthy process, where every country needs to be added by following these steps: 

1. Click +
2. Type Country 
3. Click on Country
4. Type country name
5. Click Done

… Repeated 100 times it becomes an extremely frustrating process 😂 I had to create 4 different audiences for outbound comms and now also for Fin content, so hopefully at some point, there will be picklists or other quicker ways to select multiple items in the list.
