All Intercom users may not interested in exploring all features listed on the https://www.intercom.com/changes/en page.
A long scroll and visual search is cumbersome. Even with a CTRL + F search, pagination makes it very difficult to find a feature relevant to a specific category such as “Help Center,” “Data Connectors,” or “Inbox.”
It would be nice to have a dropdown with all categories listed and the user be able to select specific categories and view only relevant product updates.
