Hi there,
It would be a huge advantage to be able to edit sent messages to customers through Intercom Messenger. If a mistake is made, then you have to delete the message which is displayed that it has been deleted to the user, it’s not ideal at all. There are countless times it has been mentioned in our organization that we need the ability to edit the messages and we are surprised it’s not already a feature.
Hopefully this is something that can be added.
