It would be useful for branding and presentation if we could “pin” specific teammate avatars in Messenger.
Not all of our teammates want to add a profile photo for privacy reasons, and we have professional headshots for our leadership.
We’d prefer to be able to designate specific avatars showing at the top when customers initiate a conversation in Messenger through a Messenger customization setting. Even better if Fin is selectable as one of those teammates!
